St Gabriel's comprises people of all ages, from 0 to 100 - single people, young families, the middle-aged and those more senior in years. Our services range from the traditional through to the informal, and we offer age-appropriate children's groups during the 10:30 morning service. We have a network of small weekly/fortnightly midweek groups, and introductory courses such as Start and Alpha run periodically through the year.

We place a high value on bible teaching which is both relevant and stretching, and we also encourage people to experience the power and reality of God through the Holy Spirit. The well-known phrase "Word and Spirit" perhaps best describes our approach.

We maintain links with various networks within the wider church, including New Wine, Alpha and Fair Trade, as well as a number of mission organisations.
